We are excited to be including a trip to the Mae Sae Waterfalls in Doi Suthep-Pui national park for the second year at Fruit Winter Fest! There are 10 waterfalls, linked by a 1-mile, neatly kept hiking trail to explore, with plenty of places for swimming and soaking up the beautiful view. There are picnic tables, trash bins, and a place to buy snacks at this location.

The Mae Sae waterfalls are about a 45 minute drive from the city of Chiang Mai. Feel free to organize your own transportation there, or to contact us to reserve your spot in a tsongtoa that will be leaving from Nong Buak Hard Park at 11am. We are also recommending a 9:30am meetup time for anyone that is interested in biking to the waterfalls. We have never biked there, so do not know what to expect from this trek. If this is something you are interested in pursuing, please reach out to other biking enthusiasts in the Fruit Winter Fest Facebook Group.
